Once any of the packages is purchased, a project in Asana (project management platform) will be created and you will receive an invitation to join. This will allow us to communicate with each other in one central hub and keep track of the tasks and progress.

You’ll be able to make iteration requests based on the package you choose (until the project is completed) and submit examples of what you’d like, feedback, instructions, videos, documents, etc.

Here is how that process will look like:

1. You purchase a package.
2. Your newsletter project will be created in Asana.
3. You’ll receive an invite to join the project.
4. You’ll watch a quick video walkthrough of your project within Asana.
5. You’ll answer a few simple questions relevant to your newsletter project.
6. We’ll review the information provided in phase one.
7. We’ll jump on a kickoff call to go over your requests (if needed).
8. We get to work on your project (phase two) and deliver it.
9. You’ll provide feedback and request iterations (if any).
10. We address your iteration requests and deliver them.
